Dowagiac Memorial Day Parade

Families and friends gather outside Dowagiac City Hall on Memorial Day for the 10:30 a.m. ceremony that honors U.S. military personnel who have died while serving in the United States armed forces.  The ceremony includes a featured speaker and performances by the high school and Kalamazoo bagpipe bands. The Memorial Day Parade then proceeds to Riverside Cemetery for Veterans’ services. The Masons of Peninsular Lodge #10 host this long-standing tradition.
