Join Ashley at Portman Preserve for a relaxed pace nature walk, followed by a grounding all levels yoga flow at the studio.
Note: We will meet at Portman Nature Preserve to start

Once we have completed our nature walk we will meet at the Eleven Eleven Studio for yoga, weather permitting, yoga maybe outside behind the studio building in the grassy area by the rear parking lot or at Tyler Field/Kids Paradise directly behind the studio.
