Each course takes participants through the heart of downtown Niles\, past historic neighborhoods\, and along the scenic Riverwalk Trail—offering a memorable blend of small-town charm and riverside views. \nMore than just a race\, the Hero Run is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. All proceeds benefit women\, men\, and families throughout Michiana\, providing vital support and resources within our community. Every step taken helps change lives close to home. \nAnd because heroes come in many forms\, we’re adding a little extra fun to the day with a costume contest. Participants who choose to dress as their favorite superhero will automatically be entered for a chance to win. Capes\, masks\, and creative flair are highly encouraged. \nWhether you’re running\, walking\, or cheering from the sidelines\, the Hero Run is your chance to move with purpose and be a hero for LIFE. \nThank you for your support of LifePlan!
