Usual payments to the Secretary of State will apply and be required at time of service.  Call (269-983-7167) or email (publiclibrary@sjcity.com) the library today to reserve your appointment slot! Walk-ins will be available\, but a reservation will ensure you are seen in a timely manner. \nAdmission: Standard Secretary of State service fees apply.
