DESCRIPTION:The Historic Chapin Mansion is now open for the 2025 tour season! Tours are led by trained docents and offer a look inside this beloved Niles landmark.\n\n2025 Tour Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays 1pm – 2pm through December. Tours begin at the Fort St. Joseph Museum.\n\nAbout: The Historic Chapin Mansion was built in 1882 by Henry and Ruby Chapin. From 1933 – 2012\, the building served as Niles City Hall. Today it is administered by the Niles History Center.\n\nCheck our website\, www.nileshistorycenter.org\, for information on open house events.\nAdmission: Admission: $5 for adults.
