DESCRIPTION:Cass Family Clinic just launched the Mobile Health Clinic to better serve the residents of Southwest Michigan. The year-round Mobile Health Clinic offers flu shots\, urgent care\, primary care\, patient education\, blood pressure checks\, health and wellness exams\, sports and well child physicals\, and other healthcare needs. \nOur goal is to ensure that residents have access to quality healthcare–no matter where they are. The Mobile Health Clinic allows us to deliver care in a new and innovative way\, reaching patients who might otherwise face challenges accessing services. \nThe Mobile Health Clinic services are available to anyone in the community\, not just Cass Family Clinic patients. Residents may register as a Cass Family Clinic patient at the Mobile Health Clinic. Medicaid and most other insurance plans are accepted. For those without insurance\, a sliding fee payment scale based on income and family/household size is available. \nHours \nSunday: Closed\nMonday: 8:30AM–4:00PM\nTuesday: 8:30AM–4:00PM\nWednesday: 8:30AM–4:00PM\nThursday: 8:30AM–4:00PM\nFriday: Closed\nSaturday: Closed \nScheduled and walk-in appointments are available. DESCRIPTION:Mobile Food Pantries deliver a variety of fresh fruits\, vegetables\, dairy products and other food staples to people in need of emergency food at no cost. \nUnless otherwise noted\, all Mobile Pantries are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time. Please note that schedules may change. \nYou can also find this information—and many other food resources—in map form on our Resource Map. If you have questions about a specific Mobile Pantry\, please contact the host agency. For more information about client rights while visiting an agency partner\, see our Client Rights Statement here. \nMany Mobile Food Pantry sites will allow you to pick up food as a proxy (stand-in) for another household that cannot physically attend. You will need to be prepared to provide the name\, state of residency\, and household size of any other family you are picking up for. Most Mobile Pantry sites have a limit on how many households you can pick up for and should tell you that limit if you ask.
